PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION REGARDING YOUR VACANCY NOTICE:
Tenants are required to provide a 30-day written notice on or before the 1st of the month. If you submit a 30-day notice after the 1st of the month, you will be required to pay rent for the following month (unless you're moving out before the next month AND we get the property re-rented by the 1st).
If a 30-day written notice is not provided, the tenant(s) forfeits their deposit and will be charged for any unpaid rent as well as cleaning and repair charges.
If a tenant breaks their 12 month lease agreement, a $100 early termination fee will automatically be deducted from their deposit. They are also still legally responsible for paying the rent until the property is re-rented or the end of their lease agreement (whichever comes first).
