PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION REGARDING OUR APPLICATION PROCESS:
- 12 MONTH CONTRACTS ONLY. Once 12 month term has been satisfied, the lease automatically reverts to a month-to-month term until a 30-day notice has been given.
- There is a non-refundable application processing fee of $50.00.
- Applicants must have a co-signor(s) if not employed full time &/or under the age of 21 &/or do not have rental history outside of family. Note that co-signors are also required to complete an application in full and provide their ID's.
- Each applicant (and co-signor if applicable) must provide a drivers license & social security card before we can complete the application approval process.
- We cannot hold an available property for anyone. If your application is approved, full payment of deposit & pro-rated rent (if applicable), and a signed contract are required to guarantee a property.
